Return policy

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, except for personalized items.* Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products that appear on the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Therefore, a color that differs slightly from what is expected is not considered a non-conforming product.

Once we have received and checked the returned items, we will refund you the corresponding amount. Shipping costs are not refunded.

*Personalized products: Personalized items, i.e. "cut" or made to your specifications, cannot be returned due to their personalization. However, if a personalized product has a defect or non-conformity, it is covered by the legal warranty. You then have the right to request a replacement, repair or, if necessary, a refund.
